From 1st December 2025, all laundry should now be dropped off and collected directly from the Laundry Office rather than at Reception.

Please note that the Laundry Team will now take payment for your service wash upon collection, unless you have arranged for this to be invoiced.

Laundry Office Opening Times:

Winter (Mon–Sat): 9:00am – 3:00pm
Summer (Mon–Sat): 9:00am – 4:30pm

We kindly ask that customers provide a sturdy, clearly labelled bag for their laundry to help avoid any confusion and to ensure all items are kept safe and clean. 

Once you have been contacted to collect your laundry, we kindly ask that it be collected within a reasonable timeframe, as storage space is limited.
